The history of the consulting activities began in 1987, with the founding of a professional firm, later transformed into a full-fledged company. Our activities focus on supporting upper management with legal issues involving the financial market. The consulting is continuous, and it regards:

• Assistance in dealings with regulatory authorities;
• Support with the management of responses to requests for information from such authorities;
• Support with the handling of procedures involving sanctions and of corrective actions;
• Consulting regarding relations between the Board of Directors, the Board of Auditors and the independent auditor;
• Support with the establishment of an effective system of internal controls;
• Assistance with the fulfilment of obligations under statutes against money-laundering;
• Support of internal auditing managers in the performance of inspection activities and reporting;
• Updating and assistance with the fulfilment of obligations of notification to regulatory authorities;
• Support with the formulation of organisational models, contractual materials, procedures of organisation and control, risk analyses and models, as per Legislative Decree 231/01;
• Control of outsourcing procedures;
